WHAT DOES THIS DOCUMENT INCLUDE?

For the optimal functioning of this App, it is necessary to collect and process certain information obtained from the device on which it has been installed. This information allows us to improve the app, adapt the content optimally for each user or contact the user if necessary. To demonstrate that we care about the privacy of our users, we have adopted this Privacy Policy, which explains, in understandable and easy to understand language, how we collect, store, use and disclose the information that users entrust to us.
This Privacy Policy attempts to cover as many scenarios as possible, even in many cases where the app does not even collect or process the information described in this Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE APP COLLECT?

This application collects the information necessary for the normal functioning of our activity. This App does NOT collect personal information for malicious purposes.
The app does not collect information such as your name, surname, etc. Therefore, any sensitive data it collects cannot be directly associated with your person and will be treated anonymously. The app may collect an email address or a phone number and store it in order to contact the user if necessary.

The App may collect information of two types: (1) non-personal, anonymous information collected automatically or (2) personally identifiable information (PII) collected manually after user consent.
Non-Personal Information Collected Automatically
Technical information, which includes certain information or features about the operating system, including the type of operator or the type of browser it uses, the Internet Protocol (IP), the IP address and the names and versions of the applications installed on the device, the geographic location of the device (including GPS coordinates) Such technical information as mentioned above remains anonymous, i.e. it does not identify you personally and is not stored in association with any other information linking you to the user, unless you voluntarily enter additional information.
This information will be used to improve the application by learning how, when and where the user navigates through it.

Information that the user freely provides

If at any time the app requests Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that allows us to contact you, such as your name or mobile phone number, you are free to provide that information. However:
If you share PII about yourself in an open format (for example, through social networking sites), the information we collect will not be protected by this Privacy Policy.
PII will not include any information collected by the application by any means other than this application which contains the privacy policy. This means that information collected elsewhere than in this application is not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please note that if the app provides links to other applications, we are not responsible for the content, activity, or information that takes place in those applications.
It will be considered as Personal Information:
Demographic information such as age or date of birth, nationality, educational level, gender, interests or qualifications.
User Information such as user name and password, confidential answers to certain security questions, or similar information that allows us to uniquely identify your account or authenticate your account before you provide any personal information about your account.
Most of this information will be available when the app provides social registration functionality and the user accepts registration in the app via a social account. In some cases, the app automatically registers with the user's social account associated with the device and the user agrees to extend that registration by using this app.

3. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM CHILDREN?

This application does not collect personal information from children under 13. We take a child's privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their child's online education at all times. Children under the age of 13 should not install our application on any device belonging to them, and if they do so, it is the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. If we obtain personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information provided from our server. In the event that the content of this application has been rated as suitable for children under 13 years of age, it should be installed only on devices belonging to their parents, guardians or anyone over 13 years of age. If the application asks for Personal Information at any time, children under the age of 13 should never enter such information.

4. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), demographic information, and user information from our users when they register:
Register on our application.

This application may monetize your information, giving it to third parties (in some cases), your PII and user information, in the following situations:
When the app is monetized through advertising, the advertising networks and/or advertisers who provide the ads may require certain information from the user or the device in order to provide the most appropriate or interesting ad for the user. When we hire companies to execute and optimize marketing campaigns or ads and manage and study consumer data. These companies are only authorised to obtain the PII and user information strictly necessary to fulfil the task entrusted to them, and it is totally forbidden to use any type of information for any other purpose than that agreed. They have also agreed to keep the confidential information in a safe place. In the event that this application contracts an advertising network, it is required that said network undertakes not to make fraudulent use of the data granted to it for the normal use of its activity. The App works with Mobimento Mobile S.L. for these tasks, which in turn has agreements with companies such as LiveRamp Inc., Safegraph Inc., PlaceIQ Inc. and Beleader Internet Marketing S.L.
When we contract independent advertising networks to display our application's advertising banner when you visit third party websites. To do this more efficiently, the ad network may use and insert into your device certain technology, such as cookies, to collect non-personal information from you when you visit our application. This information is used to display ads for goods and services that best suit your interests when you visit other websites.
We often evaluate (sometimes with the help of outside companies) how our online content and services are performing. The information collected for this purpose is stored on the company's server and is limited to professional use. In no event will PII or user information be shared except as set forth above.
Where disclosure is required by law or to protect the security of applications, this application has the right to disclose any information collected, regardless of when that information was collected. 7. WILL ANY THIRD PARTIES COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOUR APPLICATIONS?

There are certain situations where a third party may collect information from the application. This app uses third-party libraries that offer certain functionality: analysis tools, communication tools, social networks, advertisers, etc.
Analysis tools: To improve the application, we sometimes use tools that analyze user behavior. This allows us to know which parts of the application are more important and which need to be improved.
Communication tools: in case we need to communicate with users at any time, we integrate third party tools that facilitate this communication, either through push notifications, emails, alerts within the app, etc.

When your personal information is shared or simultaneously collected by a third party as set forth above, either it will be obvious to you based on the context (such as a third party's appearance on your phone screen) or you will be notified at the time the personal information is collected. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline such practices before they are initiated. As set forth in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy, we do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13 and we inform them that they should not use our tool under any circumstances. 11. CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE ANDROID ADVERTISING ID

Version 4.0 of Google Play services has introduced new APIs and an ID code that can be used by advertising and analytics providers. The following are the terms of use for these APIs and ID.
Usage. The Android advertising ID is used only for advertising and user analysis purposes. The status of the option to disable interest-based advertising should be checked on each access to the ID.
Association with personally identifiable information or other identifiers. The advertising ID is not linked to personally identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (e.g., SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI) without the user's explicit consent.
Respect for user selections. After resetting, the new advertising ID is not linked to a previous advertising ID or to data derived from a previous advertising ID without the explicit consent of the user. In addition, the option to disable interest-based advertising is provided. If a user has enabled this option, the advertising ID is not used to create user profiles for advertising purposes or to reach users with interest-based advertising. Activities allowed include contextual advertising, limiting frequency, tracking conversions, reporting, and fraud and security detection.
Compliance with Terms of Use. The Advertising ID is used only in accordance with these terms, including use by any party with whom you may share it in the course of business. Beginning August 1, 2014, all updates and new applications uploaded to the Play Store must use the Advertising ID (when available on a device) in place of any other device identifier for advertising purposes.
